ACTIVITY & PRIVACY
Helping our world grow.

Game activity records
When you enter a world, Minibot World records your Discord ID and display name, visit start and last contact, approximate connected and active time, and time spent in each type of world. We use this to understand whether players stay, return, and enjoy the game. Only the Discord server owner can open the activity report.
Active time is estimated from recent movement and interactions. Seated cinema playback is counted separately from active and idle time. These estimates don't establish whether you are looking at the screen. We don't add chat messages, movement paths, IP addresses, emails or login credentials to this activity log.
Detailed visits and world totals are retained for 90 days. First and last observed dates are kept to distinguish returning players. This is separate from the saved progress and Discord account data needed to operate your game account. Contact minimixxy in the White Cat House Discord for activity-data questions or deletion requests.
Room chat records
From the September 23 update, messages you send in game rooms, including personal factories, are saved with your Discord ID, display name at the time, room and time sent. Only the verified Discord server owner can search this archive. We use it to review game suggestions, investigate bugs and address player reports. Messages expire from the report after 30 days and are automatically removed from storage during regular cleanup.
Lantern Depths chat is shared only with cats in the same expedition. Its messages enter this same private archive from the October 16 update. This archive does not collect Discord private messages, unsent drafts, typing indicators, passwords or the drawing game's secret words. It does not restore older conversations to players' chat bubbles or room history. Earlier room chat was temporary and cannot be recovered. Messages are saved in the background; a server crash or storage outage can leave gaps.
Contact minimixxy in the White Cat House Discord for room-chat questions or deletion requests. Avoid sharing private information in room chat.
Before the game opens
The game entrance records a few fixed stages: opening the page, clicking sign-in or the Discord invite, verifying a session, loading the game and entering a world. Error records contain a fixed category, not the contents of an error message. A random first-party attempt ID is kept in this tab and a cookie for up to 30 minutes so a Discord sign-in can return to the same attempt and requested public world. We also record a broad touch/desktop device category, promotion source and requested public world. If signed in, your existing Discord ID associates these stages with the attempt. Entrance records are retained for 30 days and shown only as aggregate counts to the server owner. They do not add IP addresses, device fingerprints, chat, passwords or browsing history to the log.
Promotion links
A link tagged with a source such as Twitch or YouTube saves a first-party source label for up to 24 hours. When you enter the game, this label helps us count entries from that promotion. It doesn't identify you to an advertising provider, track you across other websites, or prove that you watched a stream. Untagged links are reported as direct or untagged.
Sign-in and other services
Discord sign-in uses a session cookie to keep your account signed in. Multiplayer and embedded YouTube playback use their respective services. The activity log adds no third-party advertising or analytics service.
